MLB Weekend Picks – 8/13

Kluber: Best pitcher in baseball right now with major K upside here. Im also gonna point out that the rays have been unusually bad…like at some point very soon they are gonna turn it around so fading Kluber in GPP’s is not the dumbest thing to do today. Sunday’s are always very weird so going with the “Due” attitude is better than riding hot streaks on a Sunday. Also vegas is only giving him 178 right now so that tells you something. Fade with caution!

Austin Pruitt: I don’t think Cleveland’s lineup today is anything to write home about and this kid has good stuff. In the lowest total of the day I will take the underdog here.

Matt Boyd: He actually has a great history vs MIN and I don’t think MIN will explode 4 games in a row, especially after a walk-off loss last night.

Chad Kuhl: Been better as of late and this Blue jays lineup does not scare me.

Kluber (see above) (GPP Fade only)

Brewers: This team is finally heating up again and what a great time to get Neil walker as an addition to the lineup. Everyone in play here.

Pirates: This is a good matchup for this team and good ballpark to stack hitters. Gonna get all these players very low owned.

Baltimore: Had them as number 2 stack yesterday and they crushed more then I thought…love what this lineup is doing as of late…wind blowing out again.

Other Stacks (more chalky):

DET (Momentum from big win last night) PHI (Vegas loves them) HOU & TEX (again lottery but I’d lean more towards Houston who is DUE) SEA (great spot) MIL
